Blueberry Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Batter

1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c blueberries

Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter and 1 c brown sugar. Whisk until light and fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Fold in blueberries.

Filling

1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Combine filling ingredients; mix well. Spoon half of batter into a sprayed pan. Spread filling over batter. Top with remaining cake batter. Add 1/3 c Mrs Millers Strawberry Jam and swirl. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool in pan for 10 minutes. Carefully run knife around the outer edges of cake. Invert onto a serving plate.

Glaze

3/4 c powdered sugar
1 T butter, softened
1 T milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

After cake is cooled, drizzle, and glaze over cake. Yield 10-12 servings.
