8 oz. BBQ Sauce
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 1/2 c. rice
Boil 3 cups water in a kettle. Turn to medium heat and add the rice. Do not stir the rice until the water is absorbed. Once the water is absorbed, stir, turn heat to low, and cover until the chicken and sauce are ready.
Mix together the BBQ Sauce, Orange Marmalade, and soy sauce. Set aside. Meanwhile, fry the breaded chicken in oil until it's cooked. Stir in the sauce mixture until chicken is well coated.
Serve chicken with sauce over the rice. Enjoy!
