Looking for a simple way to dress up your pan seared chicken dinner? This Blueberry Glazed Chicken made with Mrs Miller's Homemade Blueberry Jam will add a vibrant blue color to your dish, and will add just the right amount of sweetness to your meat dish.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast or 8 chicken tenderloin
2 cups blueberries, washed
1 8 oz. jar Mrs. Millers Homemade Blueberry Jam
Preheat oven to 350. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter to a large pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to the pan after butter has melted and sear on both sides on medium-high heat. Remove from pan and place in baking dish.
In a small kettle, cook the blueberries with the jam until warm. Drizzle over the chicken. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
