It has been a couple years now since we introduced our line of homemade bacon jams. From the moment we got our tastebuds on the first finished batches, we were excited about the sweet and savory taste...but we have been blown away by the universal thumbs up we have received from folks on these flavors. We receive more compliments, recipe ideas, and demands for restocking on a regular basis with the bacon jams than we have on any other new flavor in our history. Our families and fans seem to crave them most on grilled burgers, pork chops, & chicken. But if you are in search of a breakfast game changer, one of our favorites looks a bit like this:
1 English Muffin Toasted
1 or 2 Eggs Over Medium
1 Slice Swiss or Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Tablespoon Spicy Chili Bacon Jam
We recently had a family in Pennsylvania send us photos and rave reviews on their successful elevation of the grilled cheese sandwich with the Mrs Miller's Homemade Maple Onion Bacon Jam. Homemade Sourdough Bread, Swiss Cheese, Sprouts, and the Maple Onion Bacon Jam transformed what is normally thought of as a hunger stop gap into fancy magazine quality cuisine!
